Laura Adlers is an arts management consultant based in Toronto, Canada. Since 1997, she has managed Canadian and international choirs, orchestras and chamber ensembles, classical instrumentalists, singers and arts organizations. She has assisted them in achieving their creative and business objectives by providing professional expertise and services in executive management, fundraising and development, marketing and publicity, concert and event production, tour management, writing, editing and translation services (German, French, Latvian to English).
In September 2011, Laura joined the team as National Program Manager at Business for the Arts in Toronto, a dynamic national organization whose mandate is to “strengthen arts and culture in Canada by building partnerships between the private and cultural sectors”. While this new position is keeping her very busy, she looks forward to continuing her freelance arts management consultancy work as her schedule will allow.
