Since joining the Toronto Latvian Concert Association in May 2006, Laura Adlers has been instrumental in changing the focus of the organization’s marketing strategy in order to reach a wider audience beyond the Latvian community.  She has successfully implemented the plan over the course of the concert season with noteworthy results, including the creation of a new website and promotional materials and the development of a targeted publicity campaign.  Laura is able to motivate others to work beyond their habitual comfort zones.  She is a major asset to our organization.
